Yes — you can sign up and start building your roster right away with no credit card required. When you're ready to unlock full access, choose the plan that fits your program.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get access to the additional rosters and limits immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing gives you two months free compared to paying month to month. You'll be charged on the same date each cycle, and you can view or update your billing details in the customer portal at any time.
You can cancel anytime from the billing section of your account settings — no hoops to jump through. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
Yes. Your roster data is private by default — only you and the staff members you authorize can access it. We use Supabase for secure, encrypted data storage and Stripe for PCI-compliant payment processing. We never sell your data.
You'll be notified when you're approaching your plan's limits. To add more rosters or lineups, simply upgrade to the next plan. Your existing data is never deleted when you hit a limit.
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact us and we'll make it right. After that window, we don't offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, but you'll retain access through the end of your billing period.
Every plan includes email support. We aim to respond within one business day. You can also visit the Help page in the app for documentation and common troubleshooting steps.
