Last updated: May 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LineupCard ("the Service"), operated by Five-Tool Engineering ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LineupCard is a software-as-a-service platform that helps teams create and manage rosters, lineups, staff directories, posts, and public team sites. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction if higher.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support@lineupcard.io.

5. User Content and Public Publishing

You retain ownership of content you upload or enter into the Service, including roster data, player and staff information, images, lineups, and posts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as needed to operate the Service.

When you publish a roster or related content, it may become publicly accessible via your team subdomain or shared links. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish any personal information or images you make public.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account by contacting support@lineupcard.io. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five-Tool Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
