Publish a Roster

Publishing

By default, new rosters are unpublished and private. To make a roster publicly accessible:

1. Open the roster from the Rosters page.
2. Click Edit Roster (or open roster settings).
3. Toggle the Published switch to on.
4. Click Save.

Your roster is now live at:

https://yoursubdomain.lineupcard.io

Unpublishing

Toggle the Published switch off at any time to make the roster private again. The public URL will return a not-found page until the roster is re-published.

What Visitors Can See

Public roster pages display:

• Team name
• Hero image (the first photo on the roster — drag and drop photos in Roster Settings to change which one is first)
• Player list with jersey numbers and positions
• Published lineups associated with the roster. A game in progress shows a LIVE badge on the team home and the Lineups list
• Published posts associated with the roster

Email and phone numbers are never shown on the public team site. They appear only on the internal team site for staff and linked players.

A live lineup is visible to parents only when both the roster and that lineup are published. See Run a Live Game.

Preview from Teams

Owners can open the internal team site from Teams or from the team-site control on a roster card (including draft preview before publish). You do not need to add yourself as staff.

Staff and linked players open the same internal site from Teams. Linked players can open a draft only after the roster is published.
