Publish a Roster

Make your roster publicly accessible via its subdomain URL.

Publishing

By default, new rosters are unpublished and private. To make a roster publicly accessible:

Open the roster from the Rosters page.
Click Edit Roster (or open roster settings).
Toggle the Published switch to on.
Click Save.

Your roster is now live at:

https://yoursubdomain.lineupcard.io

Unpublishing

Toggle the Published switch off at any time to make the roster private again. The public URL will return a not-found page until the roster is re-published.

What Visitors Can See

Public roster pages display:

Team name
Player list with jersey numbers and positions
Published lineups associated with the roster
Published posts associated with the roster

Staff details and private notes are never shown on the public page.

Manage Players

Add, edit, and remove players from your roster.

Manage Staff

Add coaching staff and assign roles within a roster.
